Katelyn Fitzgerald is the Founder & CEO of Luminous Skin Lab, a professional skincare manufacturer dedicated exclusively to licensed estheticians, medical spas, and skin health professionals. As a Master Licensed Esthetician with over 16 years of clinical experience, she combines hands-on treatment expertise with advanced product development to create innovative, results-driven skincare for the professional market.
Before founding Luminous Skin Lab, Katelyn built her career in medical spas, wellness centers, luxury resorts, and advanced aesthetic practices, developing expertise in medical aesthetics, laser technology, holistic nutrition, and corrective skincare. She is a graduate of the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics (SWINA), where she has also returned as a guest educator, teaching advanced treatment protocols and product application to fellow estheticians.
Today, Katelyn leads the development of the Luminous Skin Lab Pro Line Series, including HydroGlo Jelly Masks®️, ILUMIPEN®️, ILUMILUX®️, professional ampoules, and advanced treatment protocols used by thousands of skincare professionals worldwide. Her formulation philosophy combines evidence-based ingredients, innovative technology, and skin barrier-focused science to deliver effective, treatment-driven results while maintaining a holistic approach to skin health.
As both a practicing esthetician and product developer, Katelyn is passionate about advancing the esthetics profession through education, innovation, and clinical excellence. Through hands-on training, professional education, and ongoing product development, her mission is to help estheticians elevate treatment outcomes, build more profitable businesses, and confidently deliver exceptional client care.

Outside the lab, Katelyn enjoys traveling the world, exploring nature, practicing yoga, staying active, studying astrology, and spending quality time with her husband and family.
